11 days, and many more twirlers to go. Today's post is going to introduce our biggest collegiate group attending from Texas... and a new photo op for Team Texas Twirlers! As you know, we do several different types of photos for all the types of groups attending (Please check out the #TeamTexas AYOP 2018 Twirler Activity Guide to check out all the fun photo ops during the week), but one group we haven't organized a group pic for yet is our Texas Collegiate twirlers! This year we would like to add an all Texas Collegiate Twirler photo. At the conclusion of Collegiate Night we would like for all of the Collegiate Twirlers representing a University in Texas to meet at the white & yellow Collegiate Championship sign for a group picture. Please look for Ashley Wood at the sign to organize and take the picture.
Now, let's continue on to meet the lovely ladies attending AYOP from the Lubbock area. Coached by Bethany Tolley, the Texas Tech University Twirlers will be attending AYOP with seven twirlers, including their newly named Feature, and will be competing in the team events. Also coached by Bethany Tolley, the BT Peformers will be represented by one twirler, who will be competing in the Advanced Junior pageant. We all have our guns up and are ready to yell Wreck Em Tech while these awesome twirlers take the floor. Go Tech!
