What a whirlwind the past week has been. Between NBTA State, the South Texas Camp of Champions, and Miss Texas week, the past 9 days have been chock full of baton twirling. While we should all be taking a quick breather and enjoying the 4th of July, it is time to move forward and focus on the BIG EVENT that is ony 22 days away...
We are excited to announce that 67 Texas Twirlers will be attending AYOP! To make sure we all know each other and to start cheering each other on, for the month of July, this blog is going to follow #TeamTexas and highlight some of the great Texas twirlers that will be attending AYOP.
To start us off we are going to meet two young ladies that we could not be happier for.
These twirlers are not only Texas Gems teammates, and the Texas State Beginner Duet Champions (even though they attend rival High Schools), they are also the dearest friends who both earned wins in their respective pageants at State! How fun it will be for them to experience the National pageants together, and we cannot wait to see what an amazing job they do representing Texas!
