#TeamTexas AYOP 2017 - Mickey's Majorettes

Hello Texas Twirl Fans!

Did you know... Thursday, July 27th, exactly one week from today, is the Annual Twirling to Fight Cancer day! Twirling to Fight Cancer (formerly Twirling for the Cure) is a great organization that has done a lot of good toward raising awareness and money for breast cancer. How can you be a part of the Annual Twirling to Fight Cancer Day? If you ordered a TTFC Shirt, make sure to wear it on Thursday, July 27th to show your support. Didn't get one but still want one? Check out their shop at the Comfort Suites (the shirts are super cute!)! You can also visit www.facebook.com/T2FCancer/ to learn more about supporting Twirling to Fight Cancer!

As we continue our journey to meet all our groups, we head back to the Houston area to meet some twirlers that are known for their style, skill, and their good sportsmanship. Lead by their awesome Coach/Director, Patti Mickey, as well as Coaches Kayli Mickey-McIntosh & Caroline Carothers, the Mickey's Majorettes always show some fabulous twirling. This year the Mickey's Majorettes have six twirlers attending AYOP, and they could not be more excited. We wish these lovely twirlers a great week at Nationals and we know we will be hearing wonderful things from them!
